Capalex can produce a vast range of aluminium extrusions in lead-times that are the envy of our competitors. We can produce complex high tolerance extrusions weighing as little as 0.017kg/m with wall thickness down to 0.5mm.

Capalex extrude in a wide range of extrusion alloys including; 1050, 2014, 2024, 3003, 5083, 6005, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6082, 6463, 7075, subject to temper requirements and product specification. We may be able to offer
other special alloys on request.

Our 5 metre solution heat treatment facility, stretch and de-twist machine enables Capalex to supply the most demanding aerospace specification material. We also have a coiling capability for certain lighter extrusions in lengths
up to 30 metres.

If your aluminium extrusion requirements are outside our on-site extrusion capability, Capalex has long established relationships with other extrusion companies, from whom we can source your extrusion and stock manage for subsequent on-site machining and finishing.
